2.0 Briefing on how to become BriXpert Guru (Product Specialist - Offline)
2.1 Offline Training
- Duration - 6 Weeks, 180 Hours, 6 Days a Week, 5 Hrs. / Day
- Duration - 6 WeeaTraining Method: Offline at our Bangalore Offices, 180 Hours, 6 Days a Week, 5 Hrs / Day
- Training Days: Monday to Saturday
- Masterclass - Every Saturdays
- Stay, travel and food - in the trainee’s Scope
- Actual Training Fees - 150K
- Early Bird Offer for the First 15 Trainees - 60K
2.2 Online Training Certification Program
- Duration - 2 Weeks
- No. of Assignments - 3
- For Certification: Complete the 3 Assignments within 2 Weeks.
- If Assignment Completed in time: Eligible for BriXpert Offline Internship
- If Assignment not Completed in Time: Get retraining for 1 more Month (Offline Training) and get Qualified for next Certification Program
2.3 Online Internship Program
- Mode of Work: At Bangalore Office
- Duration: 2 Months
- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 8 Hours / Day
- Masterclass: Every Saturdays - 8 AM to 12 Noon IST
- Scope of Work: Work directly under BriXpert Team Leader/Master Trainer
- Stipend Paid
2.4 Online Internship Certification Program
- Duration - 2 Weeks
- No of Assignments - 5
- For Certification: Complete the 5 Assignments within 2 Weeks.
- If all the Assignments Completed in Time: Qualify for HR Interview for Permanent Employment
- If all the Assignments not Completed in Time: Offline Training for 1 More Month + 1 Month Offline Internship Programme Extension and get Qualified for next Certification Programme
